What this website collects
This website is an information page about our company. It has no contact forms, no accounts, no newsletter and no e-commerce. We do not ask you for personal data and we do not place tracking or advertising cookies.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify you and we do not combine them with other data.
Data we process for our clients
Separately from this website, we manage advertising accounts for our clients. In that work we process campaign and performance data from advertising and analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics and Google Search Console, on behalf of the client who owns those accounts. That data stays within those platforms and our own internal systems. It is used only to manage and report on the accounts it came from, it is never sold, and it is never shared with other clients or third parties.
Legal basis and retention
We process the limited data described above on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and in performing the services our clients ask us to perform. Server logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider retains them. Client account data is kept for as long as we manage that account, and afterwards only where we are required to keep records.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it. Write to info@mrktng.ltd and we will respond. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
